Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Ludo No Mercy on mobile and web. By playing, linking an account, or purchasing optional virtual content, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Ludo No Mercy is a board game available through local and online modes. Features, rules, rewards, availability, and supported devices may evolve as the service improves.

2. Profiles and linked accounts

You may play with a local profile. Optional Apple or Google linking can be used to save and restore supported progress. You are responsible for activity associated with your profile and for maintaining access to the account provider you choose.

If the Apple or Google account you choose is already linked to another profile, we show that profile’s name and win count before you decide. Restoring loads that existing profile. Confirming “Link this local profile” disables and replaces the old profile, keeps a private support-recovery copy for 7 days, and links the account to the local profile you chose to keep.

You can schedule permanent deletion of your account and account-linked cloud data under our control from Settings > Privacy. A linked account is disabled immediately. During the next 7 days, you can create a new local profile, then cancel the request from Settings > Backup and restore by securely signing in again with the same provider and choosing to restore the previous profile; after the date shown by the app, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. A local-only profile is deleted immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, harass other players, impersonate others, manipulate purchases or rewards, or use player names or submitted content that violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

We may remove inappropriate names, invalidate abusive rewards or transactions, and take reasonable action to protect players, fairness, and the service.

4. Virtual coins and cosmetic items

Virtual coins, titles, cosmetic items, and other virtual rewards are licensed for personal use inside Ludo No Mercy. They have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be transferred or sold outside features expressly supported by the game.

Balances or items may be corrected when a technical error, duplicate grant, refund, chargeback, fraud, or abuse affects the game economy.

5. Purchases and refunds

Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Purchases made in mobile apps are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and currency are shown before payment. Payment processing, cancellation, and refund rights may also be governed by the terms and consumer protection rules applicable to the payment provider and your location.

Successful purchases grant the virtual content described at checkout. If a completed purchase is not delivered, contact us through Help & Support with the relevant transaction information.

6. Optional rewarded ads

When rewarded ads are enabled, watching them is optional. A reward is granted only when the game receives confirmation that the applicable viewing requirement was completed. Availability is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Ludo No Mercy, its game presentation, software, original artwork, text, audio, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game as provided.

8. Third-party services

The game relies on service providers for hosting, cloud sync, diagnostics, payments, optional ads, app distribution, and updates. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or decisions made independently by those providers.

9. Availability and updates

We work to keep the game available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network conditions, platform changes, security incidents, or third-party outages may affect availability. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, fairness, or security.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated when these Terms are materially violated, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect players, purchases, game integrity, or the service. Where appropriate, the action may be limited to the affected feature or account.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

The game is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or preservation of purely local data after device loss, app removal, storage failure, or use without cloud linking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, payment methods, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL. Material changes may also be communicated inside the game when appropriate.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, which providers process it, and how account deletion works.
